the reason i am asking, see in the hall of fame bit, theres a white gsi, with white wheels, its also on the back inside page, guy said he did all the work himself.......lies !!
Its my best mates old car, thats already bin featured,and every month since theres a pic of it somewhere, whether in the Q&A`s or in the buying guide bit in for sale section.
anywho....
all hes done is paint the wheels and rocker cover white, morrettes black,and for some unknown reason, changed the custom polished MPS cage and corbeau reclining buckets , for OMP seats and dont know what cage?
heres a pic of it from its feature when my mate had it,
personally i think it looked better then, just dont like it when other people say they have done all the wor to a car when they havent.

I remember that Corsa, had a redtop fitted aswell when it was featured?
I remember that as it was the first TV i bought when I got into Corsa's, loved white Gsi's since.

Yeah was a redtop in its feature, i ve got some good pics of my black gsi rep and this one together,looked identically!!

From your description it sounds like he's changed most of the custom bits, I'd say he done it himself.

does it matter its there car now so they can say what they want, it wouldnt and doesnt bother me i'v modded a few cars myself but how many people pay someone to modifiy a car and say they'v done it, quite a few i would think

The whole point is they are taking credit for someone else's work
Thats like taking your car to a garage getting a LET fitted and telling all your mates you done it yourself

Still matters though, If you bought a car and were told the conversion was done by vauxhall and later found out it was done by a cowboy you would be pissed, works both ways
