Think that's what it's called, advertised on TV with the slogan 'you, but on a really good day'!
Anyone ever tried this, or a similar product? Does it work?
Anyone take vitamin/mineral tablets on a daily basis, and do you notice the difference? Or is it just an expensive con?

The Gf takes dissolveable Vit C, really has helped recently. I've had a chest infection and she hasn't caught it from me which is unbelievable (Live together and she is prone to catching colds due to crap immune system)
Impressed me so much i now have one one a day and it's helped clear it up.
Also, they arent that expensive, 12 for £1 in tesco i think and you only take 1 a day.

I used to take it before a night out, and in the morning. Can't say it made much of a difference except tasting rank lmao.

I have Berroca when I am hungover or feeling run down. Its probably a placebo effect but I think it helps. Gives you bright orange piss though!

I constantly feel lethargic(so?) and tired, and although I consider myself to have a decent diet and get a lot of exercise (I own 6 horses so the mucking out, riding etc), as well as going to the gym.
Have officially been diagnosed with stress, actually got rushed to hospital by ambulance last week, and am sorting my life out slowly to help where I can.
But in terms of diet etc, what can I do, or anything I can take to give me more natural energy? Trying not to consume caffeine products where I can help it! But I'm young, don't drink or smoke, so shouldn't be feeling like this?

I wouldn't start taking that stuff then.
I guess you just need more/better sleep? Got a decent bed? Do you sleep well anyway?

I do sleep well most the time, but obviously working shifts means I don't have a regular sleep pattern, but nothing I can do about that until I retire when I'm 57!
I don't want to start taking any sort of drugs, hence avoiding caffeine, but something natural that will just aid my diet a bit?

Go to the doctor, you may have a B12 deficiency.

What would a B12 deficiency mean? What can you get extra B12 in? My car is snowed in and has been for 3 weeks which is stopping me getting to doctors. Not trying to self diagnose on here, I know there's nothing seriously wrong, just wanted a bit advice.
Have started drinking more water, have one of those 1.5l volvic touch of fruit bottles each day.

Drinking a lot more water should start to help. However, if this is a fairly recent thing it could be the stress or SAD(seasonal affective disorder)/depression.

Red Bull has a shit load of vitamins in it too. The only problem with these kinds of things are if you overload yourself with 200% of your vit C requirements in one drink your just going to piss most of it out so it's a bit wasteful.

As mentioned above, tropical flavour is quite tasty.
