Ok i know this is going to be a long one but it WILL be worth it so try stay with me guys as ive been as truthful as i can.
Right let me start with the bad bits first, but as the car is up for sale im looking at replacing the bits that need doing ive got a wanted post up on most vauxhall sites and i will up date the post as and when i do bits PLEASE NOTE ANYTHING IVE LISTED DOES NOT AFFECT HOW THE CAR RUNS. I know its seems alot but it will NOT cost alot to be put right
It needs
1, The black rubber pipe from the throttle body to the maf about £5
2, The plastic clip that holds the cruise control cable to the throttle body about £3
3, Drivers side front wing ( has a very small dint and abit of laqure peel ) about £20
4, The gsi bumper came off down a back lane when i was doing a 3 point turn in long grass so the car has the standard front bumper on now. You can have the gsi bumper with the car if you want it as it only need painting again due to scratches and it need some hangers sticking back on.
5, Front passenger side plastic wheel arch liner as when the bumper came off i had to drive about 5 miles to work to get some tie straps to hold everything together and that made the plastic inner arch rub on the wheel so now it has a hole in it. About £10
6, 1 Rad cover clip as i lost it about 50p
7, Could do with a new back box now as the 6x4 has been welded up to fit a vectra as it came off a mates escort cosworth About £30
8, The 17" Vectra C GSI alloys has no centre caps
9, Air Conditioning needs topping up
So if your looking to buy the car you will need to spend around £70 at the most on getting the car looking spot on. Like i say i will be replacing the bits as time goes on.
Right then if your still reading this you must like the car alot and now let me start with all the good bits. Ive had the car for about 4 years now and its been the best car ive owned but i feel now i want to try somthing else. The cars been that good to me before that ive had the car up for sale 2-3 times but have always backed out from selling it but this time it has to go.The car has had anything its needed since ive owned it but now im working 80+ hours a week i havent the time to do the last bits. The car has had a new timing belt, pullys and water pump at 117,000. So the cars still good for 30,000 miles before you even have to think about this and its had a full service every year. I just had 2 new front tyres fitted last week
