I suspect you signed up to it not really knowing what it was and not knocking it was chargeable - then never used it!

Guy at my work got caught on this, I think it is sometimes a delivery option that is selected by default at the checkout but is more for people who order a hell of a lot of stuff. He cancelled it with them but not sure if got money back

Its only worth signing up if you buy loads of things off there. Gives you free postage on all orders.

I was going to when I saw the free order bit but then read through it and saw it wasn't worth it for how much I use it

When did you get charged for it?

You can cancel it via their website within 2 weeks I think.

Prime is good, if you buy a lot. But you have to buy loads for it to begin to pay for itself tbh.

And you have something like 30 days to cancel, otherwise they'll charge you. Looks like you didn't cancel and I doubt you'll get the £45 back.

I signed up and cancelled a few days before the 30 days were up. You just cancel online and it's immediate. Although quite hard to find

My other half had a free trial of Amazon Prime which meant she got things quicker but then she cancelled it before it ran out - not sure how soon she did so though.
