Much like, if I punched you in the face, you could call me a chav, however, the correct term for this may be different, due to the fact your opinion is not an exclusive statement.

So if someone punched you in the face and you didn't see who it was, would you react with the word "chav" or would you be bright enough to think it may not be a chav but just someone who wanted to smack your ugly mug, as not everyone who has ever punched someone is a chav. The same way that not all robbers are in fact chavs.

I think you are also confusing the word "opinion" with "talking shite".

tbh last night i went on a rampage in my car, handbrake turns round corners and on car parks, the lot. Then drove home, I realised there would be marks right to where I parked the car but wasn't arsed about it as it began to snow again.
