fucking well pissed off
today, i go on jobs at 8am and work until 2:30 when i get back to office. my boss's that have done nothing in those 6.5 hours are sat doing nothing.
boss: andy, i need you to go to southport and sort these guys out, you'd best get a move on though, i told them you'd be there by 3
me: you're joking, i've just driven practically right past there to get to here. besides ive not had dinner and i'm starving
boss: just go will you?
now tomorrow is all planned out too. we have 4 deliveries coming tomorrow and one boss is going to the dentist (something he arranged today) so the other has said he's staying in to wait for them. i however am going out on my own all day again doing jobs they could have been doing today. or they could have at least fucking got things delivered today while the pair of them were doing FUCK ALL ALL FUCKING DAY
i'm fucking raving, beyond a fucking joke now. this happens most days, theres two of them there that do nothing and get the big fat pay cheque where i do fucking loads and get fucked over. i know they're the boss's etc but come on, at least do something for christ's sake, or at least make it worth my while

the other annoying part is that we're ridiculously busy with jobs mounting up faster than i can do them. yet i'm the one thats going to get the bollocking when people start complaining

thats alright then, however here theres no chain o' command, theres those 2 who each own half the company and me, the dogsbody question is, do i confront them about it? this has been happening for months and i'm getting pretty sick of it, if between them they picked up one of my jobs each day it wouldnt be so bad but they just outright refuse "its good for you to get established on your own" no its not, because im stressing and im gonna have a fucking heart attack
anyway gavin, hows the saxo?
