It should be fixable as it's just front end but I'm guessing it's probably a write off as uneconomical to repair

Well its been written off, at the last count up they had found £2500 worth of damage

£2500

On that note though, a mates transit got hit by a lorry and there was over £20k worth of damage on just the van .

that will be with brand new oem parts.. second hand parts will bring the price right down

i had a front end shunt with the back of a saab and my bonnet, slam panel, bumper bar and headlight brackets were all damaged. Official place said £600 to fix it all, as a quotation. Using second hand parts and a back street sprayer, my car is exactly how it looked before for only £150.

pictures dont show it well but aparently the wings were fucked too and there was a big gap between wing and door

Doesn't really matter if the airbags went off, it was always a write off with that damage being quoted at insurance prices.

Similar damage to what I done to my old golf & it cost £3k to put right.

Has worked out for the best for her, shes getting a decent pay out for it and It only cost £1000

Was planning on selling it to get corsa
