Anyone else having problems using it?

Entered the letters from my pin/password lke it asked, then it said it doesm't recognise them and I need to enter my full pin and password - souds dodgy as fuck.

Did you enter them and go to the next screen? It only asked for certain numbers/letters but then said they weren't recognised and to enter my full pin/password.

Tried 3 times entering them really carefully. Not entering my full pin/password incase its dodgy.

have you got rapport installed? that should flag up any dodgy stuff.

yeah i just entered them then went to the next screen after i hit enter. same as always.

i'd give natwest helpline a call, think they're open 24/7.
