Hey guys..

The astra needs some new Tyres on a budget..

They're 215/40/17 and i don't want budgets..

Any ideas on the Pro's and Con's of these 3 Choices..

Yokohama Parada - £66.68 Each Plus Fitting.

Avon ZZ3 - £66.98 Each Plus Fitting.

Toyo Proxes PX4 - £68.74 Each Plus fitting.

Any experiences?
Which Grip best and last longest..

Cheers

The Parada's are soft as fook, so if you drive quite hard, they wont last long at all, my mate did a set in in 5k in a 172, plus, there not cracking in the wet as for the others i dont know.

PX4's grip reduces to about 50% in the wet.

Don't many reduce a lot in the wet?

I found BF's the best in all weather by far, but at £100 a corner... Nope.. lol

Ive got Eagle F1's on the front of my Corsa, had them on for nearly 6k and theres loads left on them, and thats on the front, and i dont tickle the right pedal. First set of decent tyres ive had and well impressed with them, especially in the wet, but they dont move in the snow

Yeah but a happy medium..

Its not a corsa, so grips a bit better anyway - tbh my tyres are illegal on the front, and it still grips pretty well in the wet and stuff..

Awesome tyre!!

Ive got them on the back of the M3 & ive never felt like there going to lose grip. Old man now has them on the front of his A4 & say's there as good as the big name brands.

Pricewise they cost £160 LESS EACH than the pilot sports I had before!!
