hi there ive got a quad but its any offroad 1 its got 2 lights on front and i want them brighter and i seen some1 put the hid kit on a motorbike would the hid kit work on my quad??

it dusnt have a battery so would run straight off engine

ovistly i want the brightist 1ns u can get so could some1 answer my question and tell me what the brightist 1ns i could get is

is this a joke? do you really think something electrical will run from something mechanical?

besides you need the battery's negative terminal as an earth. so no.

it would work, need a alternator or dynamo to generate the necessary power.

should think so, havent 1 clue how, but it is possible.


never even fitted HIDs to my car let alone a quad, just buy spotlights or something

yeh ill just try upgrade the bulbs to more powerful 1ns

would need an alternator connected to the engine and then to a battery becuase if you didnt then the lights would get brighter and dimmer with the engine speed and even at high revs it may not be enough to power the hids. to much effort for them to work correctly

isnt one of the selling points of hids that they use a lot less power than standard lights
