HELP!!!!!
right i am new on here so in need of some help please,
started the motor as normal and driving along and it started juggering around but only when you on light throttle, floor it and its fine, eml is on but just thort id ask beforei do i pin test. any help would be great thanks.

you need to blank off the manifold or its going to sound like a bag of nails...
do a paper clip test and see what it throws up,

just done pin test, come up 1405 which is egr valve, does this mean i need a new one or because its de-catted? help !!!

just unplug it, (pull the plug out at the back of valve) the eml light will be on but worked for me

^If you do that your still get the light on and it will be damm annoying.
Best way to do it is get a blanking plate and leave the EGR connected (use 1 bolt of the blanking plate to keep it in place), no light will come on.

Mine does this but have a vx inlet manifold so that side of it is blocked........
Will it still cause it to splutter and missfire if its not blanked off?? Been meaning to get this sorted

or just buy the one i got for sale 
you can blank it off if you want, just when its removed you'll need to clean it a bit i.e just spray it with carb cleaner to losen the carbon and hopefully free up the egr enough to stop the eml staying on, then get something like 0.5mm to 1mm thick sheat and cut it to the correct size of the egr valve, i've got a bit of sheating and a spare egr so might make a few of these to help some people out then just use some silicone to make a gasket on ether side
