Long and short is....
Mr X added mum and dad on car insurance as lowerd the cost.
Forgot to add their points.
Insurance found out
They now want to bill Mr X for 5 years worth of mum and dad points... Last year alone was £300
They are trying to find the call the was made last year to see if the rep asked.
What are the chances of the call stilll being held? I worked in a Credit card call centre and calls were kept for 3mths tops. Not sure if this is the case with insurance ???
Surley no call no case to answer?

Lucky that Mr 'X' didnt crash & get done with insurance fraud tbh.
Doubt it if they will still have a year old call, why on earth didnt you,
I mean mr 'X' tell them about the points anyway??

Think its a case of took the policy out then the points were added later down the line and then forgot about when next renewl time came up.
