Found stuff i need for my car, but the guy doesnt have paypal account.

What is the best way to deal with that so i have some come back if i don't get the goods?

for the price it would cost you for travel you might aswell just get a new pair :/ or can you not goto local scrappers?

it's side skirts i am buying... One guy messed me round so i told him to stick them up his...

They are kinda rare though

In that scenario I'd probably just do a bank transfer. At least you have proof of amount sent, who to, and when. Won't be like paypal if it goes tits up tho.

paypal, tell him to get off otherwise. which honest person doesnt have paypal, hes a lazy con artist even the crap scammers sign up to paypal

I'd leave it til you find some you can collect or at least a legitimate seller on a board you recognise tbh. I've lost out by paying for things with paypal in the past, so even that isn't "safe" as it's made out to be.

name another type of system which is going to give the buyer as much protecion as that? Im not suggesting its rock solid just safest way if your buying unless they except credit card

It probably does protect you, but cash on collection/bank transfers are equally as safe.

the one thing i dislike with paypal is all the fees all the crap that comes with it plus as a seller your screwed and not really protected as 99% of the time paypal will come down on the buyers side should a purchase go wrong which puts me off greatly.

If you cant be bothered to colelct (which is the sensible option). What baout sending it via, recored deliver or to be signed for. I've done that, and the receipents (sp?) have received ok every time.
