Meal 1= 5 whole eggs or 80g of porridge with 1 scoop of protein made with water plus 1 banana

meal 2= 225g of protein, 80g of carbs plus veg

meal 3= 225g of protein, 80g of carbs plus veg

meal 4= protein shake- 3 scoops made with water no carbs

meal 5= 225g of protein, 80g of carbs plus veg

Meal 6= 5 whole eggs

protein is a raw weight

carbs is a cooked weight

What you think of that based on a person weighing 100kg

You can't really mean 225g of protein?
Unless if its 225g of chicken, which is about 40-50g protein.

EDIT:
Didn't read the whole thing.
10 eggs a day is probably quite extreme, you would be better just having the egg whites to lower the cholesterol.

Maybe add some simple carbs post workout and some good fats in the afternoon/evening.

Cottage cheese for protein is also good before bed, liquidised with milk and peanut butter is actually quite nice.

Still, it depends what your aims are (bulking, losing fat etc)

cant stand when people give out diets to stick to (i know people that have given out the same diet to someone 150lb and 220lb), waste of protein as your body only needs a certain amount each day, end of the day if you eat quality foods and more then your used to eating you will put on weight with training..

If you want to cut/maintian then you really need to carb cycle.

I really cant make head nor tail of the die you've posted, as surely thats not 225g of protein per mean, but 225g of chicken or something?

it says 225g protein=chicken, steak, turkey salmon tuna or cod

sorry to confuse you. i think the 225g is the weight of the raw meat. not actual protein intake
