Or wait until PC starts to struggle on applications and games. Runs fine at the moment games no trouble application no probs just woudnt mind a faster CPU just is it worth the upgrade basically as in notice a fairly big improvement etc

What about RAM how much have you got? Can you not put some more in to speed it up a bit and keep your current cpu?

Well ive got
4GB DDR2 Corsair XMS2 800mhz got them clocked up abit I could fit another 4GB in but im only on a 32bit operating system (windows 7) Which can see about 2.75GB I think
2x Asus 9800GT 1GB Graphic Cards
Think they are fine at the moment and wouldnt need touching

2.75? Surely you mean 3.75?
I wouldn't bother upgrading unless you're doing something stupidly intensive; like 3D rendering.

coudnt remember not at my PC yea most likely 3.75GB or round abouts sorry....ah rite ok cheers for all your help
