Same crap sized radiators as all new builds I see They really are pointless, our front bedroom currently is always freezing, even if you pump it up to 5

Not too bothered about noise as i've lived in the current flat for years. I've also purchased the top floor for security and the use of the loft. Have a couple of you fit ladies in the two flats below.
Quite disappointed with the finish of a few things such as sealant and paint but i can sort that, it's not a problem.
Where abouts is it?
Anfield, just 2 minutes from the ground. Again, not bothered about that as i currently live 3 minutes from the ground

Top floor - no heating bills for you
And also no noise, as long as you dont mind some stairs top floors are the best, Im not an apartment person, but if I was single I would defo have a top floor, and pay the extra for it

Top floor is the best idea, less noisy, more heat and storage. Nice one.

Is it any good Allan?
That was thrown in with the deal. Paid to have a washer/dryer and dishwasher built in.
Costing me a fortune this place at the minute

I have no idea it's never been used yet We paid for an upgrade to it over the standard free brown oven.
The grill pan is small that comes with it but we got a universal one off ebay that is a little bigger for about £19.
