OK, I was using my Mum's car this morning. She is insured with Swinton and my policy with Quinn entitles me to drive other cars with permission etc. A chap drove into the back of me and I've been advised to seek claiming for damages/injury etc. but who do I go to? My insurance or my Mums? Never had this problem before so any feedback or advice appreciated. Cheers lads.

His insurance, his fault.
If you wanna save the hassle though (assuming your not injured), I wouldn't bother

I would go through a non fault company.
Accidents happens are the ones we use just now.

I would have thought it would be your insurance you need to speak to Jay. Quinn will put you in touch with a claim management company, probably Accident Exchange who deal with everything on your behalf They will put you intouch with a solicitor for your damages mate
