Been looking at weight sets and found these, always liked the idea of the adjutable dumbbells saved space time etc. Only thing im not sure about on these is the increments? Thinking they might be too big for constant progression? There are the smaller 525 set ubt they dont really have enough weight, wanting to e able to do dumbell squats etc. Just wanting some opinions, and also they are cheaper elsewhere about £250-£300

cosmo has some like them.
how do they work? i don't understand the whole ''adjust the weight'' thing.

it takes only certain plates up each time so as u adjust the kno u select omre or less of the plates

I thought the same the first time I saw them, look like they will fall off when you lift your arms!

Aye Ive got a set of those, mine go from 2.5kg (no weight on it) up to 21.5kg.
They are really good, save me so much hassle of having to change the metal weights on the others I had. Never had any issues with them at all and looking to upgrade to the heavier ones (which I would of got originally if I had realised they were available.)
