If I was buying one I would go for something like this one

just over 5k and looks mint

only mods been ebaich springs

if you weren't as bothered about mileage you could buy a DC5 for £8k, if you were that way inclined of course.

i'd be inclined to go for the mint civic though rather than an average dc5
