so if i just ave a look up in the wheel arch ill see sum bolts or nuts up there..

and can u split the front and rear bumpers ... cos i wanna paint the black plastic bits ????

You have to take the inner wheel arches out to get to the bolts.
Bumpers cant be split, you just need to prep them properly and spray the bits you need to.

The front ones are a bit of a badger to remove.

Rears are easy.
