I need to change the lifters on the corsa. Iv got some out of another engine so whats the best way to clean them up? Do I have to take them apart or just clean the outer surface?

Also when refitting do I just coat in oil and slot them in?

i know there talking about a LET but same for the x16xe

leave them to soak in engine oil for a day or so

Ahhh... so I will soak them in petrol for a night and then clean it off and soak them in some oil and then put them in. Cheers for the link

they do say not to use ones out of a differnt engine and that u should use the ones u take out of your engine and put them back in the same order in which they have been taken out

Im sure it wil be fine once they are all cleaned up and oiled.
