Performance engineering components.
Im looking into buying a piston and rod combo off of them for the C20LET im building. Anyone have any experiences with them and Whats the quality of the rods like? Any info would be

i got mine from there , had no problems with the company at all.
cant really say what the rods are like but ive not heard anthing bad about them elsewhere, mine went togther nice too. , done around 4-5k so far. with them.

Think specky and nic use these?
Personally I'd contact steveboyslim as he does some very good deals on omega pistons and steel rods.

steveboyslim for parts.
i asked P.E.C about there steel crank....simply way to put it....ill be sticking with my early XE crank, 1500quid and they couldnt give me a proper answer to what rev it would do...well no more than 8.5k or so....and a good early crank will manage that nicely.
id go with omega's wossners need a larger piston to bore clearance iirc and unless you get the block bored by someone whos knows what there doing(even with the info with the pistons) if can fuck up

Yeah everyone seems to be pointing me to steve tbh. Anyone got a rough idea on what he charges per hour etc?

yes they came from v-sport few years ago.
edit, as for the rods. well i dont think i could pronounce where they were made or make out what was written on the box, wether it was a language or a childs scribblings.
