Been looking for ages now for a reasonable system, im not after a something brilliant as i wont have it on all the time, but with some films and games it would be a bonus.
On a budget of £200 very max i will go ive seen a samsung system, a LG system and a sony dav system, after onlty being able to test music on them in the store the LG one seems to sound better to me, the other 2 seem really deep and basey.
Only thing is the LG is a 2.1 system, im not sure if that matters though because as i said surely any improvement over the standard speakers is a improvement.
Whats your opinion, again?

Oh and you can set up the bass levels etc on the sony so I wouldnt go on the quality in a shop (probably havent been set up and all the speakers will be bunched together)

Yeah i did consider this, one thing that puts me off is the tall speakers, and the fact that the speakers have that horrible material on them rather then a solid cover
