you need the hubs from a 5 stud calibra, cavalier, get them machined down to fit corsa bearings which i have done, wouldnt advise coppies made from shite material, rear discs if they have abs ul need to drill axle holes to 60mm,if not ul be fine, cut off standard plates from axle, then weld conversion plates on,also ul need to make urself some handbrake mounts, you dont have to if buying m-tec kit, anymore info ive missed just ask.

Do you not have to have a 2.0 to make it all work with the shafts? Or am i being a idiot?

Which is what i thought, same as novas, you would have to have the shafts cut and shut (and sleeved for extra strength).
Unless you found the right CV's

nah not really, for pvs last year my corsa was still the 1.6 16v with all the 5 stud parts fitted, i used a long gsi corsa shaft with mk4 astra diesal outer cv joint and a short corsa gsi shaft with a mk4 astra cv joint but with the circlip groove moved in about 8mm and it worked perfect
this was in the gallery on migweb

mines
cost me about 500 all in for all the parts but some of the parts i was lucky o come across pretty cheap
most bits you can get from a scrappy ie
vectra hub flanges, then you just have to get them machined to fit the corsa wheels bearings, then its just a set of 284mm or 288mm brakes for the front, on the rear im using a mtech fitting kit which makes life alot easier, cost about 80 then another 30 for the handbrake cable from vauxhall, then its just the rear brakes with bearing and back plates, from there its just the pads discs etc you need to think about
