how the hell do you get one out. Im trying to replace my broken one but it wont come out. Any help? Thanks

the ring on the actual diff or the bit that goes in the box?

the drive that the speedo cable is connected to that bolts to the box

Usually take the bolt out that keeps it on place while keeping the speedo cable connected and give it a good yank.

Yeah you need to give it a good tug.I had to use a pair of grips once to pull it out.
