That will be hard to come by on a 4x4 tbh, although my Discovery 300 TDi was a good purchase.

(2.5 Turbo Diesel) Worse MPG than my M3 due to the weight of the discovery and the constant 4x4 system.

pajero/shogun 2.8TD, has switchable 4x4 so keep it on RWD for better MPG.
Also get a fuel line heater and put some used veg oil/diesel in it 50/50.

get a decent sized trailor. Towing with a shitty small one will be a nightmare.

I used two different ones for the corsas.

Brian James twin axle 6ft wide by 14ft long and a tripple axle huge one. Very stable.

Of the ones you have listed I only consider the disco

I tow a caravan, and a trailer with car on on occasion. Was using a MG ZS last year. Switched to a BMW 525 TDS this yr. Plenty of grunt, decent to drive without the trailer on, and will get reasonable economy. Picked a N reg one up for £1000 with full MOT and service. Not mint, but good nick. Was going to buy a 4x4 but decided against it for the number of times i will tow against the number of times i dont.
