Im 20 next month, and have been looking at buying a e46 323 for the last few weeks to replace my e36 i have at the moment!
Been having a hard time finding the right colour combo, with the right interior, with a manual box. Majority are auto! Anyways i like to be open minded so have been looking all over the net and for the price of a e46, nothing really tickled my fancy, bar a hyundai coupe v6.
Im going to have a drive in one at the weekend, but just wonderd what people think of them? Ive been a passenger of a 1.6 model and it felt abit cheap and tack (which they are), but i suppose thats what you pay for. They seem to be loaded with leather, digital climate, cruise, 6 speed box etc.
Looking at 2003 reg cars.
Having searched the net, clutches seem to be a problem early on at low miles, but seem to get replaced so no worrys there i hope!
What do people think of them? experience? I cant seem to get onto the owners forum

Had the 2.0 SE for a year, test drove the V6 and it was no quicker. They are slow for what they are.
Pros: Good looks, plenty of kit
Cons: Slow, fwd, tacky interior
Overall a good car, if your willing to sacrifice speed. Ecspecially acceleration.
