You'll struggle to be in the top 40 imo.

If we are any higher than that then something has gone massively wrong

I don't think revenue wise we'll have struggled massively. The balloon payment will have helped, attendances haven't dropped as much as expected compared to the end of last season and we've got more TV coverage being in the championship than we did in the prem

It will drop massively, the parachute payment is nothing like the payment you'd of got for even finishing bottom of the PL this year, especially with the new TV revenues.

You'd of taken a hit commercially through the lack of exposure of being in the PL.

I could be wrong but parachute payments are around £10M?
For finishing 18th 08-09 so I assume included in these figures we should have got around £2.25m

IMO we've had a shit load more TV coverage being in the championship than we did in the premiership

Nah, its much much more than that.

In 07/08 season, 20th place (Derby) got £30m, and its gone up since then!

Parachute payment is about £11.5m a season for 2 seasons (unless you get back up I think). and according to the same page as I got that from above the average PL team now gets £45m a season, the average Championship team gets £1m a season.
