grundig CAR 200
i need to remove it, but dont have the prongs. i cut a coathanger into the right shape to push into all four holes but not had much movement. any ideas? cheers

yeah it went in as far is i could :S is there any bolts on the back i need to remove or anything?

No, the way the pins work is the go in and push out 4 clips that go into a wee slot on the pins iirc

got it out. just needed some gentle persuasion. anyone else who wishes to take out the stereo, id advise remeving the ash tray so you can get your hand underneath the head unit to remove it.

did you take the 4 little screws out the holes first? makes it a lot easier

remove tools cost nothing try halfords etc.
