can i write music tracks onto a dvd cd and play it in my cd player in the car like a normal cd.

No - Don't think you can IMP best MP3 on normal cd....

I would use a normal cd as they are made for music and dvd are made for films.

DVD blank discs are more expensive aswell. Y would you want to?

get more tracks on em. not got a mp3 head unit so cant use em.

Need a DVD compatable head unit. A normal mp3 cd head unit wouldn't be able to read a DVD.
