What a day arrived courtenay 9.30 left there 5.45 did not think I would be driving home at one stage, the plan was to have a run and measure and then possible remap but when tech 2,d lots of error codes these had to be sorted first. problems were lambda,s front and rear reversed and faulty front one, map sensor not working but fitted, no barometric sensor fitted, ecu plugs missing required wires, non working rear boost solonoid, faulty loom and missing wires on loom, no clutch switch fitted, actuator wrong position, all day to sort these ,clutch switch to be fitted later no stock,vacuum pipes not fitted correct and faulty, replaced, its amazing how the car ran like this, anyway finally got on rollers only to find running very very lean in the danger zone so bypass boost until fuel problem sorted, going to have uprated pump fitted and new cam belt kit and alloy bottom pulley and remove a/c comp and condenser as not used, so now have to wait four weeks to have another go and hopefully get fuel sorted and get to use full power.cost lots ,and lots more to do still. think I should have got another bike instead.

yep the black C and its had some bad bodges, now almost sorted, is probably still on a 1.2 fuel pump and was never wired up correct from conversion, it can be saved and has good potential but I,m the mug who,s paying to have it sorted. hope to get the wheels back soon as have waited three weeks for them now. the turbo,s ok and engine seems ok, shafts etc seem ok so all is not lost but a bit fed up at the moment, all error codes now cleared/repaired

Such a shame! If it's the same car I'm thinking of then the advert made the car look and sound amazing.
As you said though, once it's sorted at least you'll be able to use it to it's full potential!

thought I would update this old post as now she is running as good as she can with the spec it has, stage 2+ 264bhp 280 torque, have done a few other things like wheels ,tints ,s/wheel, dial mats /led,s, new cam belt kit , alloy bottom aux pulley, removed A/C comp,high flow fuel pump, plenum upgrade, still doing some stuff ,the B is feeling a bit neglected going to give her some tlc soon.
