Scammers are not banned as a matter of course as this usually removes a line of communication for most people who rely on u2u instead of getting proper contact details. A ban would make it more difficult for people who are pursuing money to make contact.

Ah, I didn't realise it was a 'gag' rather than a ban.

Fair enough as otherwise it just shows that scamming people gives you 'free reign' to do what you like (Jay has posted far worse pictures - I think there are some of his 'bird' clothed somewhere? :lol as SR-91 has been gagged as a consequence of a scammer IMO.
