The V sign is a non-issue. If you watch it rather than just looking at a picture then its obvious he wasnt doing it and telling the ref to fuck off.
The arm to the back of the guys head is a bit more debatable, I havent seen a replay yet and only saw it as it happened and thought it looked a bit dodgy. However I seriously doubt it can be compared to what Rio did which was basically spinning round and smacking the fella!

Tbh Cosmo they are the same incident, except one was at speed and the other wasn't. If one is a ban the other has to be at least a card. At least!

When I first saw it, bearing in mind I was a fair bit away, I thought he was going to be in trouble for it.
