Just thought I would share this on here partly to see what you guys think and because I think it's quite interesting. It's a bit of a long story so bear with me!
Over two years ago I spotted this nova in a shopping centre car park and it looked mint so I decided to write a little note for the owner to give me a ring if they ever fancied selling as at the time I was looking for one. I didn't hear anything until Wednesday when this old lady phoned saying she was the owner of a red nova. My first thought was someone has hit my car or something. Anyway she asked if I was still interested in buying and for the price she mentioned on the phone I thought i'd go and have a look.
I went today as I was off work and although it wasn't as mint as I remembered but i've ended up buying it. The rear arches have started to go and theres little scabs on the doors but for a 21 year old car its pretty good! This old lady has had it from new, kept it garaged and it has done 39k and is taxed and tested! It's only a poverty 1.2 fling model but she has given me loads of history, including the sales brochure from 1990. The interior is absolutely immaculate it has FSH, a stack of reciepts and every user manual it ever came with and three keys.
I think that i'm going to sell it on because I dont really have anywhere for it to go and I don't think I can warrant running two cars, although, im not 100% certain yet a part of me wants to keep it. So what do you think its worth putting it up for?
I'll put some pics up so you can see what you think! The pic of the arch is the worst one the others not too bad.

I've got plenty Nova bits for sale, GSi interior bits lights mirrors red SRi sun visors with lights around the mirror, just sold GSi tie bars and front anti roll bar, glass, tailgate with GSi spoiler.
Nice car.

Depends how much you got it for and imo its worth spending the time and effort,like flybikelee says it has lots of potential.
