i've fitted 2 different fans(one i know works) and 2 different fan temp sensors, the fuses are fine yet the fan still doesn't come on any ideas?

pull the plug out the rad at the timing belt side and bridge the wires with a split pin and it should come on.If not its the wiring

Do this.
Then consider putting an override switch in so you can manually control the fan if this happens again while you're in traffic.
Find and fix the fault so it works properly though, don't just fit a manual switch.

im having the same problem, i bridge the wiring on the switch and can hear the relay clicking but no power going to the fan, going to pull the relays out and check fuses before i do anything else

bridged the plug and the fan came on straight away so that means the fan sensor needs changing?
