My debadged grill came through the door today however when i lifted my bonnet up to take the old grill out i noticed the two screws holding it were rusty and looked nasty. Anyway im wondering do i just unscrew these and put my new grill in and use the same screws to put the grill back? they also look like screws ive never seen before what should i use to take them out?

Just get them out using a spanner/mole grips then get down to Vauxhall and get yourself some new bolts 8mm IIRC?

No mate i'm sure they're 8mm bolts.

Ive sorted it now, was alot easier than i expected. Just got it using a bit of brute force and the screws were fine just look horrid .
