They look the same as my old ones which were -100mm which tbh mate was a bit to low, was a bastard to drive.

i actually cat feel no difference from my -40mm irmscher springs and my custom -90mm

and i mean no difference....

people just have to slate things thats just life, and i change my springs over regular depnding on what im doing
