I've had my current contract with Vodafone for around 12 months and its an 18 month contract, I pay £50.00 a month and it give me unlimited everything.
Recently though I keep getting zero signal anywhere, normally places where it would have maximum, its really driving me round the bend for work etc and is a complete nuisance.
Is there any way I can call Vodafone and explain this and cancel the contract as I use my phone a lot for work and such, or will they say its just me and try and send me a new sim card or some tosh?

They'll try and send you new shit. Probably a replacement phone.
Once you say you want to get out of the contract, just keep saying you want out of the contract.... they'll eventually get the message.
You might have to pay £300 though... as there's 6 months left on the contract?

Surely they cannot make me pay the remaining 6 months due to the bad service they are now providing me and the tariff I am paying for the privilege.
I've not had any problems before but these last few weeks, I may as not had a phone

You have to give them a fair chance to rectify the problem before you can ask for a refund.

If I ask to have the phone replaced do you think it would be possible? It would only be for 6 months till i'm due a proper upgrade?
