Looking at this car that im going to see

but theres a black mark left of the window wiper, he reckons its a 'window wiper blank' .... what does that mean??

Its just a plug that goes in the hole where the wiper used to be

if you don't like it get a proper plate welding in or put the wiper back on??

you could always put the wiper back in if you didn't like it. it's not a permanent thing, just a plastic cover.
