im not sure was going to have mine driled a bit bogger a bit dodgey about doing it now why dont you just go and get a new airbox from a scrap yard or something surely they cant be that expensive even if u bough tit new from a garage then it would save you money in the long run

u no wot ive just read a post about this lad having a 1.2 8v n his fuel being dissappeared n thats wot mine is n ive just rang my mate n he said that drilling the air box doesnt effect ya fuel so i might just get a air box from scrap yard n see if no difference ill stick my drilled one back on

think thats yer best bet but I cant see how an air box being drilled wil lose yer loads of fuel I had an induction kit on and my fuel was still exactly the same

the bottom and left hand side of my airbox is has as many 25mm holes drilled in it as possible, with a cold air feed fed from the down by the bumper to the left hand side, and a k+n panel filter.
Its sound loverly now and hasnt made ANY difference to the fuel consumption at all.
