But what sort of power increase would you get from a 4-2-1, de cat and back box?

Standard 1.4 with drilled airbox and panel filter. Thought I'd start at the exhaust first before moving on to bigger mods.

on my 1.4 i had filter and cat back

made 9bhp extra, but most 1.4's only see 4-7bhp with the mods you mentioned

panel filter, de restricted box, and a cat back exhaust

call it dodgy rollers if you want the road performance shocked quite a few cars

No point tuning the 8v if i'm honest mate! Save your pennies and get a 16v conversion

8v... port an polish head. twin 40's and ex manifold cam and itll will see more power
