Right im just looking for abit of advice really i will try and expalin my situation the best i can.
Around a month or so ago i had noticed that my contract on my mobile phone was up for renewal on the 19th of the month ( I noticed around the 17th) the contract was for the amount of £45 per month and i wished to cancel it.
I went onto the 02 website on the (17th) and ordered a new simplicity 12 month sim card costing £15 pound per month.
On the 19th i rang 02 retentions and spoke to the most arrogant person you could imagine. I explained to her that i wanted to cancel my contract and take out the simplicity package. I was then told that this was not a problem.
She told me that she would disable my online order of the sim card and simply give me a new phone number and start me rolling on the new package.
A few days later i got a cancelation Bill of £163 ( as she had not cancelled the sim i had ordered online the day she said she would)
Since then i have been in touch with 02 and spoke to two fellas at retention who really have tried to help me!
I was told to fill in a form on the 02 website and i should have my money within 7 days! Still i have nothing!
So if you where me what would you do next?
Im considering emailing the people i spoke to in retentions to make them aware ive still not got my money or should i ring up or ask my solicitor to send them a letter?
Sorry for the essay!

Phone up again and ask where the refund is.
See what they say first

Solicitor is funny tbh Just ring them up again, grow some balls, tell them they've fucked up and you want it sorting now.

ring them up again.
Also, why a 12 month simplicity? they do a 30 day contract?
Also, to switch to a simplicity contract, you can infact keep your old number, you dont even need a new sim card!
(As i've recently swapped over to simplicity).

As said before, ring them up and complain about your refund, and keep badgering them. If they say you're going to be put on hold, straight away reply with NO, Put me through straight away. It's worked for me a few times.
