Just taken mine out the packaging for the first time. A couple of things...

1. When I plug it in to a computer the yellow light comes on, sometimes I can get it flashing, whats it supposed to do when its charging? I havent seen a green or red light at all.

2. I didnt get a cd with it, do I need a driver?

Solid yellow LED when charging

No Cd/Driver needed - plug into computer and it picks it up like a Mem. Stick

Dunno - i've left mine onfor hours and the light has stayed on

General concensus is around 3hrs on charge for a full hour recording.

Yeah light doesn't go off, you just guess when its charged.
