They do let them in, just portsmouth didn't apply for a uefa license or whatever it was

Yeah there is a deadline and they didn't meet it

IMO that means tough shit, can't be doing them favours just because they are in administration

1st to 3rd - Auto Champions League

4th - Champions League Play off

5th - Europa League

6th - Europa League Play off

7th - Gets League Cup Europa place

Or have I got that wrong??

I thought it was this

And then 6 and seven go to the league if the cup winners secure a place in europe anyway
