emailed me saying there would pick up on the 1st at 12 o'clock, even give them my number incase there got lost. there rang me saying there were on they way and never turned up!

Yep, ull get FVF credited to your account. You have to close the case after 4 days, then u get it.

You should also be able to relist for free
