tried an jumplead on the box to - of battery. no joy!!

first thing is your battery ok? if it is then put a jump lead on the battery -ve again and to the gearbox.

then put a wire or jump lead from the thick red wire on the back of the starter solenoid to the black and red wire terminal.

this will run the starter, if there is no joy from this then a new starter will be needed

is the starter loom plugged in? Is the starter motor fucked?

its plugged in via the plug to corsa loom,

have you tried putting a live feed to the black/red wire?

starter is probably gone,you can try shorting across the 2 terminals on it,then it should crank,if not its the starter.
