just been on the phone to the repair centre and they said its gonna cost £4839 + vat so as you can guess its writen off RIP mg zr

lol ur not the only one to say that lol ive bin told to look on the auto trader and see how much there going 4 and thats between 1500 and 2300 so we'll see if we get anywhere near that if so we'll b happy

i paid 1800 for my old corsa b that got wrote off a year after i bought it.

insurance company gave me £2200 and gave me the car back for 50 quid which i repaired and sold on for a hefty profit.

Best thing to do aswell, look for some similar age/mileage etc, but high priced, and print them out, tell your insurance, and if needs be, send them a copy, could find some at say £2500, and say there you go, give me that.

ha bet you was happy with that lol we were hoping to buy it back and strip it but i dont think they would b much point

well just to update the mg's bin checked over and its a write off the damage was valued at nearly £5000 + vat ive check auto trader and there going for £1500- £2300 but we would of bin happy with £1500
just got a letter in the post and there giving us £2436 BONUS !!!!! we only paid £1750

Buy it back from them and go to a scrappers and repair it yourself if you want it back that bad.

That will need more than a doner car, pretty certain chassis leg will be bent which = jig = ££££

the insurance wont let us buy it back its getting crushed within 3 days and im thinking about a redtop or v6 i was going to buy ali_corsa 2litre 8v but the head gasket has just gone
