Right basically ive started to go back to the gym and im going three times a week for the moment and working on various parts of my body each time i go. Im currently using Maximuscle Promax and i feel its working well for me but im abit confused as to how often to take it!
Im having it twice a day (as it reccomends) on the days that i go to the gym!
Should i be using it on the days i dont go and if so would i still use the same amount?
Also when is the best time to use it? Is it before you go or during your workout or after?
Any help would be top

yes you should use it even when you don't go to the gym.
your muscles still hurt even though you won't go to the gym for a couple days.

Dont take it before you work out...You want energy beforehand, so a banana or something will do. Have one with breakfast (or shortly after) and one as soon as you've finished workout out.
