hey can any 1 tell me how to fit the front coilovers as they only have one bolt in unlike the standard suspention that has 3 any help will be great

this is the kit i got

you will have to fit the top of the macpherson (sp) strut currently on the car to the top of the coilover and you should be good to go

so put the old 1 on to the coilovers then and how do you get it off the old suspention

by undoing the 3 nuts you see where the strut goes through the chassis

You have to undo the centre nut when it's off the car, but would be best to have a spring tensioner tool, as if you do it without the spring tensioner tool, see you in A&E possibley.
