Right, as some of you may know I've got the Spax RSX Coilovers..
And my main concern is setting the damping up right. Now I hear 8 clicks rear, 10 Clicks up front is about right? Bearing in mind i'm going 110mm rear at the back...
Now, i've found the adjusters on the rear shocks, is it just a case of turning it left for softer, and right for harder? Lastly, where is the adjuster for the front shocks?
You'll have to bare with me, i'm a complete newbie when it comes to Coilovers...

the fronts are adjusted by the turning the nut on the top of the strut (sticks through the middle of the top mount when on the car)
Should have got a plastic knob/key thing with the kit
Drives supercharged Tec with torque

on my old avo shocks i set them to 16 out of 32 clicks, so half way. best off doing that and then playing with them untill you get it right

Well some people think the lower you go the better it will handle! Which is true, to an extent.
Mine is currently sat at -60mm, I think I will be going to -40mm as the ride is a bit too harsh.

110mm wont handle as well as a corsa lowered around 40-60mm.
